To this effect, Demir İnşaat working on the project of a shopping center, plaza and residence which has a 60.000 m² construction area on 22.000 m² area in the city Vinntysa in Ukraine. It has been planned to begin the project in 2010. This project will be one of the most important living spaces in the area.
